Does the staff app work without signal?
Yes. The apps are offline-first: changes are stored encrypted on the device and synchronised automatically when a connection returns.
How is pupil data protected?
Data is isolated per school, encrypted on the device with SQLCipher, and the web back office uses a backend-for-frontend so access tokens never reach the browser.
Can it be hosted in the UK?
